3.1.1 Core Curriculum and Major Requirements
All BSHS students complete a common Health Sciences Core curriculum designed to provide foundational knowledge and skills for success in the health professions. Required courses include the Pathways in Practice series, Writing for the Health Professions, Medical Terminology, and Statistics.
In addition, students must complete:
- 6 credits in Biological Sciences
- 3 credits in Chemical and Physical Sciences
- 3 credits in Health and Wellness Studies
