2.4.3 Course Repetition and Academic Dismissal Policy
Repeating Courses:
A grade below C is unsatisfactory, and the course must be retaken at its next offering. A student may attempt the same course at most twice; a withdrawal (W) counts as an attempt. A third attempt requires written approval from both the Program Director and the course instructor. A student who uses both attempts in a required course without earning a C or better will be recommended for dismissal under the Institute's process.
