3.2.1.2 Master of Science Degree Option
A student may be considered for a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences without passing the Qualifying Examination. A student has the option to withdraw from the qualifying process and request consideration for a terminal master’s degree via written petition to the Program Director/Associate Director. Terminating the program and receiving a master’s degree is a possible option only after satisfactory completion of all required core and supplemental coursework, the teaching practicum, and mentored research experiences.
