Article 1 - Purpose

The purpose of the Bylaws of the Faculty of the Mass General Brigham University of Health Professions (“Faculty”) is to provide an organizational structure for shared governance and the conduct of faculty business in relation to the institutional mission, vision, and values, education, practice, research and scholarship, community service, and the preservation of academic freedom.
