5.7 Career Development
The Center for Career & Professional Development (CCPD) helps students and alumni secure professional roles in the health professions. Resources and services provided by Career Development include individual and group advising, updated job postings, resume and cover letter writing, job-search strategies, interviewing techniques, mock interviews, and social media presence.
Completion of the certificate does not guarantee employment but is designed to prepare students for entry-level behavioral health roles or further education. As part of the Mass General Brigham health system, the MGH Institute is working closely with health system talent and recruitment staff, clinical leadership from McLean Hospital, and staff within Mass General Brigham Behavioral Health to support job opportunities for graduates.
