g. Review and Findings
The panel reviews relevant information and provides written findings to the Provost, or designee, regarding whether a material adverse action occurred and whether it was consistent with University policy and academic standards. Recommendations, if offered, are advisory. The panel’s review is typically completed within fifteen (15)– twenty (20) business days of the panel convening. After completing their review, the panel will issue a written report to the Provost or designee within five (5) business days. Timeframes may vary based on the nature and complexity of the matter, but efforts will be made to ensure a fair and timely resolution.
