4.2 Communication and Boundaries
Students are expected to communicate respectfully with peers, faculty, supervisors, clients, and staff. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times. Learning how to manage professional boundaries is a core component of the program, and faculty will provide instruction and feedback as skills develop.
Professional standards related to confidentiality, respectful communication, and boundaries apply equally in digital environments and on social media. Students must not post confidential, identifying, workplace-related, or program-related information from classroom, simulation, or clinical experiences on social media platforms or public forums.
