3.6 Faculty-Student Communication
Students are expected to communicate professionally in all program-related interactions, including email, learning management system communications, and conversations with faculty, staff, and clinical supervisors. Students should use their MGH Institute email account for official communication and check messages regularly.
Faculty will communicate expectations regarding response times and appropriate channels for communication. Clear, timely, and respectful communication is considered part of professional behavior and is essential to success in behavioral health settings.
